This is the place where you can personalize your profile!
But, how?
By moving, adding and personalizing widgets.
You can drag and drop to rearrange.
You can edit widgets to customize them.
The left side has widgets you can add!
Some widgets you can only access when you get a premium membership.
Some widgets have options that are only available when you get a premium membership.
We've split the page into zones!
Certain widgets can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!
Now go forth and astound us all with your devious profiles!
Well I've completed my internship at a local comic book company that lasted about ohhh... six weeks or so. My @$$ cheek imprints in one of thier chairs is about all the impression I left at that place. I've been out of the comics loop for a lil bit so I thought an internship might be a good idea, meet some people and make some connections. SHHH! yeah right. I had thought that an internship would've been a lot more fun, a situation where I trade work for some experience and knowledge a "quid pro quo" if you will. This here wasn't the case.
All while I was there I wasn't really able to make a connection with anyone, it was more of a situation of "What the h311 do we do with this guy? " I floated around and did a few spread sheet and mailing lables for 6 weeks! Well to be fair I did roll some posters too. I mean everyone was nice enough. Though I did get the feeling of being talked at rather than talked to and with a few people there was this faint hint of annoyance when trying to strike up a conversation with them but still the peoples was cool. Especially fly were the owner and the guy I sat next to, I probably didn't get to do a lot of talking to anyone because they did have this issue they had to take care of regarding one of the books.
There were a lot of funny stories I heard, I mean nobody was actually telling them to me I was just kinda there in the background like a table lamp... not even one from IKEA either, more like a goldblatts or amvetts one but I digress.
Ya know I could very well be looking at this experience all wrong. I just wonder what other people's comic internship experiences were like and if they were similar to mine at all. Is there like some comic idustry ediquette that mabye I'm missing? if so please let a brother know. Peace.

My father died, and then I cried
But I failed to see-
I'm not alone, to sit on the throne.
He lives inside of me.
